Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Thefts:
A girl, 14, was arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday near Montana Creek Road for first-degree vehicle theft. She also was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and lodged at Johnson Youth Center. Passengers - a boy, 16, a boy, 14, and a girl, 14 - were arrested for criminal mischief and released.
Drugs:
A man, 19, was arrested about 5:30 a.m. today near the McNugget intersection for sixth-degree misconduct with a controlled substance and released.
Other:
A woman, 26, was cited and released for driving with a suspended license about 4 p.m. Sunday on the Douglas Highway.
A Spaulding bicycle was reported found about 3:30 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway.
The Coast Guard about 12:45 p.m. Sunday rescued two men, no ages given, whose 18-foot skiff had swamped in Gastineau Channel near a private dock. The men were uninjured and the skiff was refloated and towed to Douglas Harbor.
