Johnny S. Wilson III, 49, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, stemming from allegations of sexual activity with a 9-year-old child in August 2002, and a 15-year-old child between May 1 and July 31, 1994.
Darryl J. Bartlett, 18, was indicted by a grand jury on three felony counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, stemming from allegations of sexual activity in December, January and February with two teens, ages 14 and 15, in Wrangell.
Sean R. Merritt, 21, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from allegations that he unlawfully possessed Methadose, a prescription pain reliever, on April 27.
Patrick S. Glover was found guilty in Hoonah District Court of fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespass, stemming from a May 1 incident. Angoon Magistrate Daniel Johnson Jr. imposed 120 in jail with 90 days suspended and a $1,200 fine with $1,000 suspended on the assault charge and 60 days in jail with 30 days suspended on the trespassing charge. For each charge, Johnson placed Glover on probation for one year.
