Colin Flynn became the fourth Juneau-Douglas High School athlete to be named Gatorade Alaska Boys Soccer Player of the Year on Tuesday.
Flynn, a center midfielder with the undefeated Crimson Bears (10-0-2), scored 16 goals and recorded eight assists this season for JDHS.
The senior will play soccer for NCAA Division I Gonzaga University next year.
Flynn joins former JDHS standouts Dylan Ashe (2005-06), Robert Lossett (2001-02) and Justin Dorn (2000-02) as Gatorade award winners.
