Locals invited to Primrose Festival at arboretum

JUNEAU - Organizers at the Jensen-Olsen Arboretum are inviting the public to enjoy a little spring color at this year's Primrose Festival.
Tours at the arboretum will be given at 11 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. There is no cost for the event. The arboretum will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
