Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• A man, 58, reported at 12:11 p.m. Saturday that a silver Aiwa portable compact disc player, worth $70, was stolen from his unlocked vehicle near Meander Way.

• A man, 44, reported at 9:54 a.m. Sunday that the black faceplate of his Blaupunkt compact disc player was stolen out of his unlocked 1994 Chevy Subaru near 11th and B streets.

• A man, 51, reported at 11:12 a.m. Sunday that his vehicle had been rifled near West 11th Street and a Kenwood KDC122, worth $200, had been destroyed.

• A man, 41, reported at 11:38 a.m. Sunday that three flashlights, about $9 in change and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from two unlocked vehicles the previous night near Northland Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• A man, 42, was cited for lack of insurance at 12:20 p.m. Saturday after driving his 1990 Ford Bronco into a 2001 Dodge pickup near Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 2:23 p.m. Saturday, a 2002 and 2005 Jeep were reportedly in a two-car accident near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek. There was $10 damage to each Jeep.

• A woman, 34, reported at 5:05 p.m. Saturday that her red 2002 Ford Taurus was struck while parked near Mendenhall Mall Road. The bumper sustained slight damage.

• A woman, 49, reported at 5:10 p.m. Saturday that her car was struck by an unknown driver near Renninger Street in Lemon Creek. Her car sustained $300 in damage.

• A 2002 Mazda and a 2004 Dodge Dakota were involved in a two-car accident reported at 11:16 p.m. Saturday near Mendenhall Loop Road and Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The Mazda sustained up to $4,000 in damage, and the Dakota sustained $1,000 in damage.

Minor consuming:

• A woman, 19, and two girls, 17, were cited at 1:56 a.m. Sunday near 10th Street and Egan Drive for minor consuming.

Disorderly conduct:

• A woman, 23, was arrested for assault at 3:20 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Bear complaints:

• A woman spotted a black bear at 9:51 p.m. Saturday near Seventh Street.
