ANCHORAGE - A law clerk at the federal courthouse in Anchorage has been charged after allegedly filming co-workers undressing and using the bathroom.
The Anchorage Daily News reports 35-year-old Daniel Eisman has been charged in state court on a felony count of indecent photography for alleged incidents taped at his home and a family cabin.
Police said they began investigating after a co-worker was babysitting at Eisman's house, and was looking for photos on his computer of the Fur Rondezvous celebration. Police say that's when she ran across a folder with her name on it. In it were 12 videos of her, she says taken without her consent or knowledge. She also found 12 other folders with women's names on them.
Eisman was arrested May 6 and released from jail on $20,000 bail. He had no comment when reached at his home Friday by The Associated Press.
