Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Domestic dispute:
Police arrested a man, 24, on charges of assault and trespassing, both related to domestic violence, at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday in the Mendenhall Valley.
Thefts:
Two bucket seats and a compact disc player were reported stolen at 2:07 p.m. Monday from inside an Acura Integra in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
A tan suede purse and blue fleece jacket were reported stolen at 7:50 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of West 12th Street.
Gasoline valued at $20 was reported stolen at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
Vandalism:
At 1:18 p.m. Monday, four tires were reported slashed on a vehicle in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway near the airport.
Vehicle accidents:
At 4:44 p.m. Monday, a 1995 Ford truck driven by a man, 43, reportedly hit a 1997 Pontiac driven by a man, 55, on West 10th Street. Police reported minor damage. They cited the driver of the Ford on a charge of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic.
At 7:04 a.m. Tuesday, minor damage was reported in a three-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue. Police reported no damage to a 1994 Thunderbird driven by a boy, 17; minor scratches to a 1996 Dodge pickup driven by a man, 37; and $500 damage to a 2004 Subaru driven by a woman, 56.
Hit and run:
A 2005 Toyota was reported hit by an unknown vehicle at 12:54 p.m. Monday on Gold Street.
Animal encounters:
A bear sow and cub were reported seen at 12:09 p.m. Monday by a caller in the 200 block of South Franklin Street.
