Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Charley Larson, 45, was arrested for drunk driving and driving with a revoked license at 6:30 p.m. Friday on Back Loop Road. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 25-year-old man was arrested for two counts of domestic violence assault at 1:15 a.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway near Lemon Creek. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A CD player was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at Auke Bay harbor at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
At 10 p.m. Friday a 38-year-old woman reported two "No Dog Pooping" signs had been stolen from her property on Lena Loop Road sometime after May 10.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
A man reported at 3:45 a.m. Saturday that his mailbox had been vandalized beyond repair near 17 Mile Glacier Highway.
A vehicle hit a building at 4:30 p.m. Friday near the Douglas Bridge. The driver had accidentally hit the gas rather than applying the brakes. There was $2,000 damage to the building and none to the vehicle.
A sick bear was reported on Eagle Beach at 5 p.m. Friday. The callers were referred to Fish and Game.
A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter transported a 55-year-old man with a broken ankle from Tenakee to Sitka after receiving a distress call at 10:58 a.m. Saturday. He suffered the injury while hunting 10 miles west of Tenakee.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Friday on Egan Drive near the Pioneers Home for driving in violation of license restrictions. He was released at the scene.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Saturday for driving without a license on Egan Drive near downtown. He was released, but his vehicle was impounded.
A 62-year-old man was arrested for driving while his license was revoked at 3:30 a.m. Saturday on the Douglas side of the bridge. He was released at the scene.
