Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:


• At about 1:25 p.m. Monday, police confiscated a counterfeit $20 bill in the 5200 block of Commercial Blvd.

Domestic violence:

• At about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, a 36-year-old man was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault in the fourth degree, unlawful conduct and interfering in the on Lawson Creek Rd. He was lodged in the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drug activity:

• At about 1:20 p.m. Monday, police received a report of drug activity in the 3400 block of Glacier Hwy.


• At about 2:20 p.m. Monday, a 62-year-old woman in the 1200 block of Glacier avenue reported she received a check from a closed bank account.

• At about 3:40 p.m. Monday, a 29-year-old woman reported the unauthorized use of her debit card in the Juneau area.

Missing person:

• At about 8:30 p.m. Monday, police received a request to locate a 15-year-old boy in the 9500 block of Speel Way.


• At about 2:40 p.m. Monday, a 42-year-old man reported $20 worth of gas stolen from the 3000 block of Vintage Blvd.

• At about 11:35 p.m. Monday, a 59-year-old woman reported her straw-woven basket purse and its contents, including a red wallet, brown coin purse and a black Panasonic digital camera worth a total value of $840, were stolen from her unlocked vehicle in the downtown area. Her Visa card was later used.

Vehicle accident:

• At about 6:15 p.m. Monday, a 1993 Chevrolet driven by a 35 year old sustained $2,500 in damage after it was struck by a 2003 Chevrolet driven by a 60-year-old man on Egan drive.

• At about 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, a 19-year-old man was cited for failure to maintain a safe distance after the 2007 Chevrolet he was driving struck a 2003 Chevrolet driven by a 36-year-old woman on Egan Dr.

• At about 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, a 41-year-old woman reported her 2005 Chevrolet was damaged while parked in the Juneau area.
