Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Assaults:

Police arrested two men, ages 32 and 33, on assault charges at 12:18 a.m. today near South Franklin Street. They were lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.

Thefts:

A woman reported at 7:23 a.m. Monday from Fritz Cove Road that her X-Games bicycle, valued at $135, was stolen. Police have no leads or suspects.

A man reported at 11:09 a.m. Monday from Ninnis Drive the theft of a table saw, air compressor, 100-foot power cord and 100-foot air line from a construction site. The estimated value of the items is $1,500. Police have no leads or suspects.

A boy reported at 10:22 p.m. Monday from an undisclosed location in Juneau the theft of his black baseball bag labeled with his name from an unlocked vehicle. The bag contained a windbreaker and various pieces of baseball equipment.

Burglary:

Berton Atlas Tullis, 20, was arrested for felony burglary at 11:36 p.m. Monday near the NOAA subport. He also was arrested for resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and theft, all misdemeanors. He was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.

Drugs:

Police cited and released a man, 24, for misdemeanor misconduct involving a controlled substance at 4:26 p.m. Monday near South Franklin Street.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man reported at 4:31 p.m. Monday from Main Street and Second Street, that a rock had been thrown through the rear window of his Honda Accord. Police did not have an estimate of the damage and have no leads or suspects.

Underage drinking:

Police cited and released a man, 19, for underage drinking, at 8:18 p.m. Monday near the subport fuel pier.

Vehicle accidents:

A blue 1989 Chrysler New Yorker struck a dock at Harris Harbor at 7:49 p.m. Monday. The dock sustained $1,600 in damage.

Animal encounters:

A nonagressive bear was reported at 11:36 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek. It was chased off by dogs.
