Seacoast Relay: Starting at Eagle Beach, teams of five will cover distances of 5.39, 5.81, 3.47, 3.45 and 3.4 miles along Veteran's Memorial Highway. Start times are 9, 9:30 and 10 a.m. Finishes at Skater's Cabin.

2000 Rum Cup Challenge: The first of four rounds begins Saturday with race from Juneau to Taku Harbor and back. Sponsored by the Juneau Sailing Club.

Dredge Lake Mountain Bike Race: 10 a.m. at end of Dredge Lake Road. Two- and seven-lap races around Dredge Lake trail system. Info: Dennis Travis, 789-7564.

Juneau Rifle and Pistol Club NRA High-Powered Rifle Match: Sign-up at 8 a.m. at the Hank Harmon Rifle Range. Shoot begins at 9. Info: 789-1717.
