Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
A 28-year-old man was arrested for assault at 1:20 a.m. Saturday at the Liquor Cache. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 15-year-old girl was arrested for shoplifting at Fred Meyer at 8:30 p.m. Friday. She was released to her mother.
A 10-speed Huffy bicycle was stolen from a home on Arctic Circle Tuesday night. The incident was reported at 2 p.m. Friday.
An $1,100 GPS/depth finder, $400 marine radio and two $50 pairs of binoculars were stolen from a boat parked in a yard on Trafalgar Street sometime before 7:30 a.m. Friday.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
The back window of a truck was broken Thursday night while it was parked on Douglas Highway near Cordova Street. The incident was reported at 1 p.m. Friday.
A window on a pickup truck was broken out sometime before 4:30 p.m. Friday while it was parked in Douglas.
The windshield of a vehicle was smashed by a rock sometime before 8 a.m. Friday while it was parked in Douglas.
The fee box at Mendenhall Camp Ground was damaged sometime before 11 a.m. Friday.
A 14-year-old girl was arrested for underage drinking at 12:20 a.m. Saturday near Harris Harbor. She was left in the care of Bartlett Regional Hospital.
Police responded to a single vehicle accident at Lena Loop Road at 6:45 p.m. Friday. The driver was no longer in the area. The car had $400 damage and was impounded.
A red Dodge Ram hit a blue Ford Explorer at 11:40 a.m. Friday on Troy Avenue, then left the scene.
A silver Mazda was hit by another vehicle on Glacier View Drive, damaging the rear and passenger side of the vehicle sometime before 6 a.m. Saturday. The other vehicle left the scene.
A bear was reported near Great Western Road at 9 p.m. Friday.
A 45-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct downtown and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
An abandoned case of beer was seized for safekeeping at 10 p.m. Friday past Eagle Beach.
An 18-year-old man was arrested for driving while his license was revoked at 9 a.m. Friday near Harborview School.
At about 3:30 p.m. the fire department received a call that a woman and her dog were stuck in Gold Creek above Ebner Falls. The dog had tried to cross Gold Creek while walking on Perseverance Trail and was swept downstream. The dog's owner went after the dog and was able to retrieve it. Both of them were safely out by the time the fire department arrived.
