Flansaas and Whiteley to wed

Dana Flansaas and Thomas Whiteley, of Juneau, will marry at 2:30 p.m. on June 16, 2007, at the Shrine of St. Therese. A reception will follow at 5 p.m. at The Tlingit and Haida Building.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Brenda Flansaas. A Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, she is a procurement assistant for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association Fisheries.

The groom is the son of Linda and George (deceased) Whiteley. A JDHS graduate, he is a supervisor at Costco Wholesale.

The maid of honor will be Stephanie Mooney.

Bridesmaids will be Amber Morgan and Rachelle Flansaas, sisters of the bride; and Krista Messing, cousin of the groom.

The best man will be Dustin Bacon. Groomsmen will be George Jr., Sean and Scott Whiteley, brothers of the groom.

The couple will make their home in Juneau.
