Goofy, charming dogs at GHS seek homes
Tex, top, is a 5-year-old neutered male lab mix. In traditional yellow lab style, he is also a tennis ball nut! He has an uncoordinated yet classically goofy gallop when he runs and a wag that's ready to clear even the most cluttered coffee table. If you need help freeing your house from bric-a-brac, then stop by and visit Tex at the Gastineau Humane Society.
Here at the Gastineau Humane Society, "Ares" means excellent, outgoing, fabulous and tremendously charming! Along with his "super-nose," this little beagle comes with a touch of wanderlust, but he wants you to know that if you'll hold on to his leash, then he'll cling to your heart. Come visit Ares from 3 to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays or 2 to 5 p.m. Saturdays at the Gastineau Humane Society.
