Courts
Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Judgments:
Daniel Wilson, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 29, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .101 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Wilson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Raymond Lindoff, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 3, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .138 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Lindoff $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
Charlotte Rorem, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 4, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended, fined Rorem $7,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked her license for three years and put her on probation for three years.
