Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Daniel Wilson, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 29, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .101 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Wilson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Raymond Lindoff, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 3, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .138 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Lindoff $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Charlotte Rorem, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 4, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended, fined Rorem $7,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked her license for three years and put her on probation for three years.
