ANCHORAGE - One of two Mat-su women accused of robbing Halloween trick-or-treaters in Talkeetna has pleaded guilty to armed robbery.
Amber Martin of Wasilla admitted in her plea Thursday that she or an accomplice used a weapon in the holdup of seven children.
Superior Court Judge Beverly Cutler told the 21-year-old first-time offender that she faces a sentence of 7 to 11 years in prison when she is sentenced in August along with her 19-year-old cohort, Kendra Butts of Palmer.
Butts pleaded guilty to the same robbery count.
