Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while Intoxicated:

Ramiro Rivera, 21, was arrested at 3 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Avenue for drunken driving. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Police and Capital City Fire and Rescue personnel responded at 2:15 a.m. Saturday to a report of a roll-over accident on Egan Drive. Brian B. Fortune, 23, of Kodiak was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over 0.08. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Fortune was not injured.


Police arrested a woman, 32, for domestic violence assault at 9 p.m. Friday near Lemon Creek. She was taken to the state prison.


At 11:30 a.m. Friday near Mendenhall Mall Road a man reported the theft of a public address speaker.

At 2 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway a woman reported the theft of a Phillips portable CD player and a yellow Sony Walkman from her unlocked vehicle.

At 3:45 p.m. Friday near Glacier Avenue a man reported the theft of his daughter's purse and Nokia cell phone.

At 5 p.m. Friday near Dimond Park a man reported the theft of his navy blue Cannondale bike.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

At 9 a.m. Friday near Churchill Way a man reported that the windshield on his 1990 Plymouth was broken.

Underage drinking:

A boy, 17, was cited for underage driving after drinking at 3:45 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Avenue. He was released, and the vehicle was impounded.

Vehicle accidents:

At 1:50 a.m. Saturday near Montana Creek Road the driver of a 1985 Plymouth lost control of the vehicle, which ended up 75 feet from the road in a ditch. When police arrived, the vehicle was unoccupied.

Hit-and-run incidents:

At 11:15 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Loop Road, a 1996 Chevy driven by a man, 40, was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop. The Chevy had $4,000 damage.


A woman, 31, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Friday near Fourth Street on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court. She was taken to the state prison.
