A baccalaureate for the Juneau-Douglas High School class of 2004 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Thursday, June 3, at the JDHS auditorium. The baccalaureate is an inspirational, interfaith gathering for the graduating class and includes a range of music, readings and student and adult speakers. It is open to all family and friends of the graduates and does not require tickets. A reception will follow in the JDHS commons.

Seniors are reminded to bring their caps and gowns and meet in the auxiliary gym at 6:45 p.m. Families are asked to bring a plate of cookies or fruit for the reception. The baccalaureate is organized by parents of the graduates under the Safe Graduation Parents Group.
