ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police say the bodies of two men have been found in separate yards.
The latest was found by a resident Tuesday. The homeowner said she earlier had seen two men near the apartment building, one sitting on the steps and the other on his side in the yard. When she returned home about an hour later, the man on the ground hadn't moved.
She checked and found blood coming from his mouth and called police. The other man was no longer there.
The 53-year-old man had an Anchorage address but was originally from Kotzebue.
The other body was found amid a few empty alcohol bottles Monday by a passer-by.
Foul play is not suspected in the death of the 45-year-old Bethel man.
Autopsies will be conducted. Names haven't been released.
