Malia Aycock and Michael "Rock" Gravel, both of Juneau, will marry at 5:30 p.m. June 12, 2008, at Juneau Church Of Christ on Trinity Drive. All friends are invited to attend. A reception will follow at Marlintini's Lounge.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Debbie Pound. A Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, she is general manager for Marlintini's Lounge.
The groom is the son of Gordon Gravel (deceased) and Lori Durall. Also a JDHS graduate, he is lead fire system engineer for South East Fire Extinguisher Service
The "maid" of honor will be Nicholas DeHart. Bridesmaids will be the bride's daughter, Christian Aycock, the groom's daughter, Molly Gravel, Stacy Stuart and Summer Thompson. The couple's son, Gabriel Gravel, will be the flower boy.
The best girl will be Heidi Weimer. Groomsmen will be the bride's son, Blade Aycock, Fred Olsen, Ed Hayes, Jason Hansman and Jeff Temple. Ushers will be Allan Pearce and Dee Youngblut. The bride's sons, Conner and Talon Aycock will be the ringbearers.
The couple will honeymoon in Las Vegas and make their home in Juneau.
