Juneau police, fire officials, hospital officials, the Juneau Crime Line and state troopers reported:

Thefts, lost/found items:

A woman, 25, reported about 8 a.m. Tuesday that her red mountain bike was stolen from outside her residence on Delta Drive. Estimated value is $150.

A citizen reported about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday that a GPS device was found while hiking on the Dan Moeller Trail.

About 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, a woman, 34, reported the theft of a cell phone and an asphalt temperature ray gun from Dimond Park. The ray gun looks like a fat, plastic gun without a barrel.

About 2 p.m. Tuesday, a woman, 71, reported $650 missing from the Imperial Bar.

A woman, 37, reported about 6 p.m. Tuesday that her diamond wedding ring was missing from her home in Lemon Creek.

About 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a woman, 48, reported a package stolen from her home on Douglas Highway.

About 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 38, reported his son's red bicycle stolen from their yard on Kiowa Drive during the afternoon.

About 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported her grandson's bicycle stolen from a bike rack at Glacier Valley Elementary School. Its lock was broken. The missing bike is a boy's Intense model Huffy mountain bike, with a silver frame and 24-inch wheels.

About 7 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 36, reported his bicycle stolen from Thunder Mountain Trailer Court. The bike is a men's Timberline 19-inch mountain bike, metallic green, 21-speed. A black bag hangs from the seat. It also has a water bottle and rack attached.


A man, 38, was arrested shortly after noon Tuesday for assault at Super Bear market after police responded to a request from Juneau Recovery Hospital for backup. The man was lodged at state prison.


About 8 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 34, was arrested for trespassing and intoxication on a licensed premises at the Arctic Bar. He was also arrested for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance after being warned by police not to return to a bar. He was lodged at state prison, with bail set at $300 cash.

Warrant arrests:

About 7 p.m. Tuesday, a woman, 42, was arrested at a Glacier Highway trailer park on an outstanding police department warrant for failure to appear for a hearing and for disorderly conduct. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

About 11 p.m. Tuesday, at Pocket Park downtown, police arrested a man, 41, on an outstanding Alaska State Troopers' warrant and lodged him at state prison.


About 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, on Egan Drive outbound, police stopped a man, 23, for failing to register his motorcycle. The driver did not have a motorcycle endorsement. The motorcycle was impounded shortly after 9 p.m.

About 1:30 a.m. today, a man, 19, was issued a citation at the intersection of Tongass Boulevard and Hayes Way for driving while his license was revoked. His vehicle, a white Plymouth, was impounded.
