Driving while intoxicated:
Ronald Vangeystel, 57, was arrested for drunken driving at 9:25 p.m. Thursday on Franklin Street in downtown. He was also charged with having a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A domestic violence altercation on Mendenhall Loop Road was reported at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. A 25-year-old man was later arrested and charged with two counts domestic violence assault.
A 27-year-old man reported his two vehicles were rifled through Wednesday night. Trading cards were stolen.
A woman called at 11 a.m. Thursday to report a silver mountain/trick bike was stolen on Glacier Highway near downtown. The bike was valued at $100.
An 18-year-old woman was arrested for vehicle theft at 3:42 a.m. Friday on Douglas Highway near downtown. She was also cited charged with drunken driving and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle was towed and released to its owner, with damages estimated at $3,000.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
A 1994 Ford Explorer had a spot spray-painted on it earlier this week in Lemon Creek.
A vehicle was scratched with a key sometime between 7 a.m. and noon Wednesday on Gold Street downtown.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 6:20 p.m. Thursday near Marine Park downtown. She was also charged with minor consuming and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A 40-year-old woman reported that her vehicle sustained $700-900 in damage on June 2 on Glacier Highway past the Brotherhood Bridge.
A blue Mazda 626 was hit while unattended in the Bartlett Regional Hospital parking lot earlier this week.
A 15-year-old female was arrested for driving without a valid license at 1:09 a.m. Friday on Mendenhall Loop Road. The car and driver were released to parents. Passengers were also released to parents.
A 23-year-old man was arrested for driving without a valid license at 3:06 a.m. Friday on outbound Egan Drive. He was released, and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
