WASILLA - Alaska State Troopers in Wasilla say an early morning domestic dispute turned into a marijuana seizure.
Officers Saturday were called to settle a disturbance at a home on Sweet Dreams Lane and one trooper smelled what he thought was marijuana.
He summoned the Alaska Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Enforcement Mat-Su Narcotic Unit.
After obtaining a search warrant, officers found a marijuana-growing operation, including 40 live plants, processed pot and growing equipment.
Troopers spokeswoman Beth Ipsen says felony drug charges have been forward to the Palmer District Attorney.
