ANCHORAGE - A third suspect in an Anchorage fatal shooting has been identified as a 20-year-old Arizona man.

Police are looking for Jerry Lynn Taylor Jr. of Flagstaff, Ariz. Police said he also is known as Junior.

Another man, Dawud Johnson, turned himself in Tuesday night at the Anchorage Jail.

The 31-year-old Johnson has been charged with murder in the shooting death Thursday of Joe Alfred Young in a mall parking lot.

Police have said the shooting may have involved a stolen necklace valued at $100,000.

Johnson's lawyer, Rex Butler, said his client was unarmed and approached Young, urging him to return the necklace to its owner.

Butler said Young fired first, wounding Johnson. He said another man with Johnson - known only by the name Junior - fired at Young in self-defense.

A third suspect, Ajamu McCoy, was taken into custody on probation violations but has not been charged in connection with the shooting.
