Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Rory Jacquot, 23, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 4, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .158 percent. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Jacquot $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Robin Grosser, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 17, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at more than .08 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Grosser $4,000 with none suspended and put her on probation for two years.

• Joseph Whitcomb, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 19, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 80 days in jail with 60 days suspended, fined Whitcomb $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Garry Young, 51, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 9, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .211 percent. Deputy Magistrate Sharon M. Heidersdorf imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Young $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Vance R. Webster, 18, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 31, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .147 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Webster $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Keri S. Combs, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 28, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .234 percent. Heidersdorf imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Combs $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for three years.

• Richard S. Dudas, 36, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 29, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .167 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Dudas $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Skye Burnham-Endicott, 22, was found guilty of driving while, stemming from an April 5, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .171 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Burnham-Endicott $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Michael S. Corpuz, 51, was found guilty of driving wile intoxicated, stemming from an April 12, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .121 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Corpuz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Roy Holm, 21, was found guilty of driving wile intoxicated, stemming from a May 21, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .188 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Holm $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Bryan Ryder, 21, was found guilty of driving wile intoxicated, stemming from a May 30, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .121 percent. Pallenberg imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Ryder $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
