Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Thefts:

A gold ring was reported stolen from a Gee Street residence at 10:10 a.m. Thursday.

A 21-year-old man was placed under citizen's arrest for shoplifting at 1:35 p.m. Thursday near Mendenhall Mall Road. He was released at the scene.

Drugs:

A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 12:48 a.m. today for criminal trespass and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance after being contacted on the roof of a downtown business. A 27-year-old man was arrested and released after being charged with the same offenses.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man called at 5:51 p.m. Thursday to report his parked vehicle had been egged overnight on Third Street in Douglas. Damages were estimated at $400.

Other:

A 27-year-old man was cited and released for driving with a suspended license at 9:57 p.m. Thursday on Egan Drive outbound near the McNugget intersection.

A 49-year-old man was cited and released for driving with a canceled Alaskan license and a suspended Washington license at 1:20 a.m. today on Egan Drive outbound. His vehicle was released to a friend.
