Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Robert Biddinger, 39, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 17 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .190 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 340 days suspended, fined Biddinger $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for a year and put him on probation for four years.
Jason Osborne, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 24 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .190 percent. Levy imposed three days in jail with 237 days suspended, fined Osborne $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.
Shannon Cogswell, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 21 incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .120 percent. Juneau Magistrate John Sivertsen Jr. imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Cogswell $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Bruce Edenshaw, 45, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 17 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .233 percent. Levy imposed 15 days in jail with 230 days suspended, fined Edenshaw $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for five years.
