Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Tammy Grubert, 43, on a charge of drunken driving at 8:13 a.m. Thursday in the 4400 block of Kanat'a Street in the Mendenhall Valley. They also charged her with refusing to submit to a chemical test. They lodged her at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle she was driving.

Theft:

• A 1994 Subaru Legacy was reported stolen at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday from a parking lot in the 11100 block of Glacier Highway near Auke Bay.

• A cellular telephone was reported stolen at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday from a vehicle believed to have been locked in the 3600 block of Amalga Street in the Valley.

• Police cited a man, 36, on a larceny charge after responding to a shoplifting call in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue downtown.

Vandalism:

• At 3:41 p.m. Wednesday, a 1994 Honda Accord was reported scratched in the 8600 block of Teal Street in the Valley.

• At 10:03 p.m. Wednesday, a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta was reported scratched by a key in a parking lot near F Street downtown.

Other:

• Police arrested a man, 33, on a harassment charge at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway near the airport. They lodged him at the state prison.

Calls related to alcohol: 2.

Calls related to domestic violence: 0.
