Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Divorces and dissolutions filed recently:

Indictments:

• Thomas R. Samuelson, 21, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of first-degree vehicle theft and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 3 incident in Yakutat.

• Joshua S. Bulard, 19, was indicted by a grand jury on two felony counts of second-degree assault and one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 24 incident in Yakutat.

Judgments:

• Shawn Lovell, 30, was found guilty of felony fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from actions of June 2004. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks imposed six months to serve in jail and five years on probation.

• Lyonel T. Fenumiai, 24, was found guilty of two counts of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, stemming from actions of Dec. 26, 2004, that initially led to a felony charge of second-degree sexual assault. Weeks imposed four months to serve in jail with another year suspended and place Fenumiai on probation for three years. Fenumiai also was found guilty of misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief. Weeks suspended a six-month jail sentence, placed Fenumiai on probation fro three years and ordered him to refill or replace two fire extinguishers at the Elks Club.

• Timothy J. Cashen, 21, was found guilty of misdemeanor second-degree vehicle theft, stemming from an April 1 incident that initially led to a felony charge of first-degree vehicle theft. Weeks imposed six months to serve in jail with another six months suspended and placed Cashen on probation for five years. Weeks also ordered Cashen to pay restitution totaling $3,752.

• Adam Hilbelink, 22, of Pleasanton, Calif., was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a May 1 incident from which no blood-alcohol level was available. Juneau District Judge Keith Levy imposed 10 days to serve in jail with another 80 days suspended and ordered Hilbelink to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended. Levy also revoked Hilbelink's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.

• Shawn M. Whitesides, 39, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a June 12 incident at which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .156 percent. Levy imposed three days to serve in jail with an additional 30 days suspended and ordered Whitesides to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended. He also revoked Whitesides' license for 90 days and placed her on probation for 18 months.

• Jonathan T. Satre, 22, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from an April 16, 2005, incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .234 percent. Levy imposed six days to serve in jail with another 54 days suspended and ordered Satre to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine. He also revoked Satre's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.

• Marry A. Stickler, 44, of Haines, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a June 13 incident at which her blood alcohol was measured at .120 percent. Haines District Magistrate John Hutchins imposed three days to serve in jail with another 27 days suspended and fined her $1,500. He also revoked her license for 90 days and placed her on probation for one year.

• Prosecutors dismissed charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating conditions of pretrial release against Tina M. Eckles, 47, stemming from alleged actions of Feb. 10. She was found guilty of driving without a license. Levy fined her $300.

• Robert E. Sharclane, 30, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and a probation violation, stemming from an April 19 incident. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with another 180 days suspended and ordered him to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended on the assault charge. He also placed Sharclane on probation for three years. For the probation violation, Levy imposed 55 days in jail with another 55 days suspended, suspended a $1,000 fine and placed Sharclane on probation for two years.

• Patrick H. Iler, 21, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, stemming from a Jan. 29 incident that initially led to a charge of misdemeanor assault. Juneau District Judge Keith Levy imposed five days to serve in jail with another 85 days suspended and ordered Iler to pay $250 of a $500 with the rest suspended. Levy also placed Iler on probation for two years.

• Prosecutors dismissed a misdemeanor assault charge filed against David, stemming from alleged actions of May 14. George was found guilty of violating conditions of pretrial release. Levy imposed five days to serve in jail with another 25 days suspended, ordered George to pay $250 of a $500 fine and placed him on probation for two years.

• Shyann S. Howard, 18, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, stemming from an April 2 incident that initially led to a charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief. Levy placed Howard on probation for one year and ordered her to pay $195.59 in restitution.

• Michael L. Riley, 28, was found guilty of illegal wolf hunting, stemming from a June 5 incident in the Taku Inlet where he was charged with shooting a wolf outside of the area's open season, which runs from September through March.
