Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:

Driving without a license:

• At about 8:20 p.m. Sunday, a 25-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license in the 5200 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle was impounded.

Drunken driving:

• At about 9 p.m. Sunday, Marisela Velazquez, 25, was arrested and charged with drunken driving, refusal to take a breath alcohol test, assault, resisting arrest and criminal mischief in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.

Theft:

• At about 8 p.m. Sunday, a Motorola cell phone worth $350 was reported stolen from a vehicle Friday night in the 3700 block of Julep Street. The phone was later recovered.

• At about 9:30 a.m. Monday, an iPod worth $249 was reported stolen in the 300 block of Whittier Street.

Vandalism:

• At about 6 p.m. Sunday, a brake line on a bike was vandalized in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

Wildlife:

• At about 5:30 a.m. Monday, a 42-year-old man in a 2004 Ford stuck a deer on Glacier Highway at Mile 7.
