Long time Juneau resident David Clinton Pope died June 7, 2010, of natural causes. He was 53.
Born in Colorado in 1957, David moved to Juneau with his family at the age of 5. Raised and schooled in Juneau, he trained as a plasterer. He was self-employed and with skill put the finishing touches on hundreds of homes throughout southeast Alaska.
David was a creative soul who enjoyed life to its fullest. He will surely be missed by many of his friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, Marsha (Pope) Hendrickson, of Arizona, and his older brother, Robert Pope.
