Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Gary Boster, 22, was arrested for drunken driving at 12:58 a.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway near 19 mile. He was processed at Juneau Police Department, then released. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Stephen Mehelich, 27, was arrested for drunken driving at 2:52 a.m. Sunday on Egan Drive outbound. He was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.

James Cashen, 38, was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over 0.10 percent at 3:26 a.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway. He was taken to state prison and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

Joshua Fischer, 29, was arrested for drunken driving at 12:56 a.m. today on the Douglas side of the Douglas bridge. He was taken to the police department for testing, issued a citation and released. The vehicle was impounded.

Assaults:

A 24-year-old man was arrested for two counts of domestic violence assault at 1:09 a.m. today in Douglas. He was taken to state prison.

Thefts:

A man called at 4:11 p.m. Sunday to report the theft of his purple specialized Rockhopper mountain bike from a trail near the Mendenhall Glacier last Sunday.

A man called at 7:08 p.m. Sunday to report the theft of a brown pool cue and a purple Stealth pool cue in a black vinyl case from a vehicle on Stephen Richards last Sunday.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man called at 7:12 a.m. Saturday to report $100 in damage to the driver's side window of his vehicle on B Street.

A woman called at 9:24 a.m. Saturday to report damage to her van on Glacier Highway near downtown sometime over the past two weeks.

A man called at 4:19 p.m. Sunday to report graffiti at Gastineau Elementary School. Officers determined $300 damage was done.

Underage drinking:

A 22-year-old man was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor at 1:57 p.m. Saturday in the woods near downtown. He was taken to state prison. A 20-year-old man was cited for underage drinking and released.

Animal encounters:

Bears were reported on Heron Way at 11:22 p.m. Saturday, Berner's Avenue at 1:20 p.m. Sunday, Kanat'a Street at 10:45 p.m. Sunday and Glacier Highway near Lemon Creek at 6:57 a.m. today.

Other:

A 39-year-old man was arrested for driving with a revoked license at 9:09 p.m. Saturday near Crow Hill in Douglas. He was released and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sunday on Rendezvous Boulevard for violating the conditions of his release. He was taken to state prison.

A 43-year-old woman was arrested for violating a domestic violence protection order at 12:14 p.m. Sunday in the Mendenhall Valley. She was taken to state prison.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested for driving without a license at 9:36 p.m. Sunday on Glacier Spur near Gladstone. He was released and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

Alcohol-related calls: 9.
