Moe did not enter a plea. She asked for another hearing because her lawyer was out of town and wouldn't be back for at least another week.

Moe, 51, faces up to 10 years in prison and up to a $100,000 fine for the most serious charge against her. Police say Moe stole at least $40,000 from Gastineau Channel Little League by writing unauthorized checks over a one-year period beginning in August of 2007.

Moe is free on a $50,000 signature bond, which means she signed for her release and the money would be owed only if she doesn't show up in court.

Judge Patricia Collins scheduled another hearing for June 30.
