Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Assaults:

• A man, 36, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday downtown on charges of domestic violence assault and resisting arrest. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 22, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Thursday in Douglas on two charges of domestic violence assault and two charges of reckless endangerment. He was lodged at the state prison.

Thefts:

• A red bike, valued at $200, was reported stolen downtown at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

• Batteries and food were reported stolen at 9:30 a.m. Thursday near Aisek Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 1 p.m. Wednesday near Valley Boulevard, a 1991 Honda Civic driven by a girl, 17, struck a 1979 Chevy driven by a man, 19. The girl was cited for failure to yield. The Honda had $1,000 in damage, the Chevy $2,500.

Animal encounters:

• Bears were reported at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday near Dock Street and at 8 a.m. Thursday near Randall Road.

Other:

• A man, 35, was placed under citizen's arrest for trespassing at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 44, was arrested at 3 p.m. Wednesday near Aisek Street on a Juneau police warrant for failing to pay a fine and comply with probation. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 48, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday near Marine Way on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 26, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near South Franklin Street on a troopers warrant charging failure to appear in court. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 32, was arrested at 6 p.m. Wednesday near South Franklin Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 32, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. Thursday downtown on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order. He was lodged at the state prison.

Alcohol-related incidents: 4.

Domestic violence-related incidents: 3.
