Animal complaints:

• At 12:01 p.m. Monday, a bear was reported in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, a bear was reported on Fifth Street.

Theft:

• At 1:45 p.m. Monday, a man reported the theft of a brown leather jacket, a brown leather wallet, cash and ID in the 200 block of Franklin Street. The items were recovered later.

• At 2:07 p.m. Monday, a man reported the theft of an Xbox in the 3600 block of Amalga Street.

• At 8:08 a.m. Tuesday, a man reported the theft of clothing from an unlocked car in the 4400 block of Taku Boulevard.

• At 10:58 a.m. Tuesday, a bicycle was reported stolen in the 200 block of Main Street. It was recovered later.
