Dog, cats seek homes

Howie is a sweet little scardy cat who needs his teddy bear for safety. He is a sweet 6-year-old who would love to find a family that would check for monsters under his bed each night. Howie is neutered, microchipped and waiting for you at the Gastineau Humane Society.

Sitka is a 5-year-old spayed female black lab with a lust for life who will keep you smiling with her endearing antics. If you love fun or are a thrill-seeking marathon runner in need of a training buddy, then Sitka is the dog for you.

Moe is a 7½-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat cross who has a tricolor coat that she loves to have brushed. She has somewhat of a passive attitude, but she isn't shy about her love for attention and gets along well with other cats.

Jinxy is a playful cuddlebug who could win the heart of even the most cynical scrooge. She is a 4-year-old spayed female with medium black fur. You can visit these pets 3-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or 2-5 p.m. Saturday.
