Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Earnest Earl Ellison, 43, was arrested on a charge of felony drunken driving at about 9:07 p.m. Sunday in the Lemon Creek area of Glacier Highway. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

• Theresa Lynn Roberts, 37, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at about 3:01 a.m. Monday in the Lemon Creek area of Glacier Highway. She was lodged at Lemon Creek and her vehicle was impounded.

• A 17-old boy was arrested and charged as a minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol at about 5:59 a.m. Monday on Glacier Highway. He was released to a parent.

Theft:

• A 37-year-old man reported at 12:45 p.m. Sunday that his maroon 1991 Dodge Colt had been stolen on Harbor Way.

• A 49-year-old woman reported at 12:58 p.m. Sunday that a ferry ticket had been stolen from her unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of Fourth Street in Douglas.

• A 49-year-old woman reported at 2:34 p.m. Sunday that a pink cell phone, a pink wallet, a compact disc case and a women's jacket were stolen from her unlocked vehicle in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on a shoplifting charge at 9:41 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of South Franklin Street. He was released to a guardian.

• A 30-year-old woman reported at 10:04 p.m. Sunday that two pairs of prescription sunglasses and cases, valued at $100, were stolen from her unlocked vehicle at Mile 39 Glacier Highway.

• A 27-year-old man reported at 1:10 a.m. Monday that household goods were stolen from his locked vehicle at mile 39 Glacier Highway. He was unable to determine if the vehicle was damaged.

• A 29-year-old man reported at 6:41 a.m. Monday that a compact disc car stereo was stolen from his 1992 Jeep Cherokee in the 3000 block of Nowell Avenue.

• A 38-year-old man reported at 6:47 a.m. Monday that a 120-watt amplifier was stolen from his unlocked Ford F-150 pickup in the 5800 block of Glacier Highway.

• A 28-year-old man reported at 6:56 a.m. that 20 compact discs were stolen from his unlocked Ford F-150 pickup in the 8800 block of Foster Avenue.

• A 22-year-old woman reported at 8:09 a.m. Monday that a black Temsco jacket was stolen from her unlocked white Subaru overnight in the Lemon Creek area.

• A 50-year-old man reported at 9:39 a.m. Monday that $60 had been stolen from a drawer in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

• A 22-year-old man reported at 10:10 a.m. Monday that eight compact discs were stolen from his red Jeep Cherokee in the 2200 block of Belardi Street.

Burglary:

• An 81-year-old man reported at 10:30 p.m. Sunday that his wallet had been stolen from his room in the 400 block of West Willoughby Avenue.

• A 25-year-old woman reported at 5:27 a.m. Monday that someone had been in her unlocked Chevrolet Lumina. Nothing was taken.

•A 41-year-old woman reported at 8:07 Monday p.m. that someone had been in two unlocked Subarus. Nothing was reported missing.

Vandalism:

• A 52-year-old man reported at 9:46 p.m. Sunday that someone loosened the lugnuts on his vehicle in the 1600 block of Douglas Highway.

Bear complaint:

• A man reported at 1:40 p.m. Monday that a bear was in the 1800 block of Douglas Highway. The bear was not acting aggressively.

Lost property:

• A 50-year-old man reported at 9:58 a.m. Monday that his 14-year-old daughter's passport had been lost or stolen on June 16.

• A 38-year-old woman reported at 11:05 a.m. Monday that she had lost a men's-style black leather wallet valued at $10 to $20.

Found property:

• At 5:36 a.m. Monday someone who had found $50 in the 2200 block of Trout Street brought it to the police for safekeeping.

Traffic stop:

• A 21-year-old man was cited for driving without a license at 2:46 p.m. Sunday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. He was released and the vehicle was impounded.

Minor consuming:

• A 15-year-old girl was cited for minor consuming at 11:25 p.m. Sunday in the 6200 block of Alaway Avenue. She was released to the care of a responsible adult.

•A 17-year-old boy was cited for minor consuming at 4:30 a.m. Monday in the 5800 block of Mountain Avenue. He was transported and left in the care of a parent.

Traffic accident:

• At 1:01 p.m. Sunday police gave a 20-year-old woman a written warning for careless driving after an accident at Glacier Highway and Vintage Boulevard involving the 2002 Chevrolet pickup she was driving and a 1989 Chevrolet car driven by a 30-year-old man. His vehicle sustained $500 in damage.
