Newcomb, Bleakley marry

Teresa Newcomb and Keith Bleakley, both of Juneau, were married on May 11 in a ceremony at the Mt. Juneau Inn.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Linda J. Gwyther of Juneau, and Timothy Templin of Grants Pass, Ore. She is a 1989 graduate of Wahtonka High School in The Dalles, Ore., and a 1993 graduate of Southern Oregon State College in Ashland. She is currently employed as a teacher for the Juneau School District.

The groom-elect is the son of Jean Bleakley of Torrance, Calif. He is the owner of KBCAD, a computer-aided drafting company.The couple will make their home in Juneau.

 

KIM OBERMEYER, MARY NOBLE

Noble, Obermeyer plan wedding

Mary Noble and Kim Obermeyer, both of Juneau, will be married in a ceremony planned for 8 p.m., June 30, at the Adlersheim Wilderness Lodge. Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to the reception.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol and Steve Rupchock of Niles, Mich. She is a graduate of San Diego State University and the University of Michigan and is currently employed as a teacher for the Juneau School District.

The groom-elect is the son of the late Judith Watson and Gerald Obermeyer. He is a graduate of Union College in New York and the University of Nevada. He is employed as a wildlife habitat biologist for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.

The maid of honor will be the bride's sister, Kathryn Rupchock. The best man will be Sanjay Pyare.

The couple will make their home in Juneau.
