ANCHORAGE - A two-time bank robber faces up to 32 years in prison.
Bernard Miguel Kalilikane was convicted in federal court this week of armed robbery and credit union robbery, as well as various firearms violations.
Kalilikane was accused of robbing an Alaska USA Federal Credit Union branch in December. He escaped with more than $4,300. He was also convicted of robbing a Northrim Bank, and netting nearly $3,000.
Prosecutors say Kalilikane has been convicted in Hawaii of escape and burglary and promoting a dangerous drug.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in September.
