Indictments:

• Richard J. Bailey, 54, was indicted by a grand jury on three felony counts of third-degree assault, stemming from alleged actions of June 10.

• Robert W. Cole, 19, was indicted by a grand jury on felony counts of second-degree theft and issuing a bad check, stemming from alleged actions of May 9 and 10.

• Manuel A. Aguilar Jr., 18, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of second-degree theft, stemming from alleged actions of May 9 and 10.

• Hayward L. Cooley, 32, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony count of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged actions of June 8 incident involving cocaine.

• Leonard. L. Edwards, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test, along with a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment, stemming from alleged actions of June 3 in Yakutat.

• William K. Brown, 45, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender, stemming from alleged actions of April 24.

• Clyde Didrickson, 54, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender, stemming from alleged actions of March 23 in Yakutat.

Judgments:

• Erin McLean, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 6 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .213 percent. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 10 days to serve in jail with another 50 days suspended, ordered McLean to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended, revoked his driver's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years. Prosecutors dismissed an additional charge of reckless endangerment.

• Robert Montag, 51, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 30, 2005, incident from which no blood-alcohol level was available. Sivertsen imposed six days to serve in jail with another 40 days suspended, ordered Montag to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Thomas Scofie, 49, was found guilty of assault, stemming from a May 31 incident. Sivertsen imposed 30 days in jail.

• Patrick Venner, 20, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from a May 6 incident. Juneau District Judge Keith Levy ordered him to pay $750 of a $1,000 fine with the rest suspended, suspended a 10-day jail sentence, ordered him to serve 96 hours of community service, revoked his driver's license for six months and placed him on probation for one year.
