Erick Waters, 18, was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree theft, both felonies.

Police said they took a 911 call at 3 a.m. Sunday that a Mendenhall Valley gas station had been robbed.

A witness said the man wore a ski mask and wielded a large knife.
