Judgments:

• John Hutson, 40, was found guilty of felony drunken driving and violating his probation on two previous felony drunken driving cases. His most recent arrest for drunken driving was on Jan. 14. A jury also found him guilty of felony refusing a chemical test, and no blood-alcohol level was available. Jurors also returned guilty verdicts on charges of misdemeanor reckless endangerment and driving with his license suspended. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks revoked Hutson's driver's license for life, fined him $10,000 and ordered him to serve five years in prison with another two years suspended. He also placed Hutson on probation for three years. Weeks additionally ordered Hutson to serve the one year originally suspended from his 2000 conviction and the six months originally suspended from his 2003 conviction.

• William J. Modene, 25, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 12, 2004, incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .312 percent. Haines District Magistrate John Hutchins imposed three days to serve in jail with another 60 days suspended. Hutchins also ordered him to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.

• Nicole R. Flake, 31, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from an April 11 incident at which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .245 percent. Juneau District Judge Keith Levy imposed six days to serve in jail with another 54 days suspended, ordered Flake to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked her license for 90 days. He also placed her on probation for two years. For a probation violation, Levy imposed an additional three days to serve and 57 days suspended. Prosecutors dismissed a reckless endangerment charge.

• Samuel R. Villanvueva, 51, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 30 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .165 percent. Levy imposed four days to serve in jail with another 30 days suspended, ordered him to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked his license for 90 days. Levy also placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Ellen E. Ferguson, 47, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from an April 16 incident at which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .155 percent. Levy imposed three days to serve in jail with another 40 days suspended, ordered Ferguson to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked her license for 90 days. Levy also placed her on probation for one year.

• Rodney C. Kostenko, 25, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 11 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .213 percent. Levy imposed 25 years to serve in jail with another 65 days suspended, ordered him to pay $3,000 of a $5,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked his license for one year. Levy also placed him on probation for three years.

• Tracy A. Lovett, 42, was found guilty of refusing to submit to a chemical test when suspected of drunken driving on Jan. 14. Prosecutors dismissed a charge of driving under the influence. Hutchins revoked her license for 11 years, imposed 30 days in jail, giving Lovett credit for time served after her arrest, and ordered her to pay $2,000 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended. He also placed her on probation for two years.

• David P. George, 41, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from an April 17 incident. Levy imposed 40 days to serve in jail with another 220 days suspended and ordered George to pay $200 of a $2,000 fine, with the rest suspended. He also placed George on probation for two years.

• George J. Haralovich , 55, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a Nov. 16, 2004, incident. Levy imposed five days to serve in jail with another 25 days suspended and ordered him to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine with the rest suspended. Levy also placed him on probation for one year.

• A jury found Jesse D. Farmer, 29, not guilty of misdemeanor assault but guilty of misdemeanor criminal mischief, stemming from an April 7 incident. Levy imposed 10 days to serve in jail and a $100 fine and ordered Farmer to pay $100 in restitution. Prosecutors dismissed an additional charge of misdemeanor assault.

• Adrian G. D'Cafango, 54, on a charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an April 20 incident that initially led to a charge of misdemeanor assault. Levy imposed 20 days to serve in jail with another 20 days suspended, ordered D'Cafango to pay $250 of a $500 fine with the rest suspended and placed him on probation for one year.

• Jennifer Dennis, 19, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from a May 8 incident. Hutchins imposed 48 hours of community service and ordered Dennis to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine.

• Prosecutors dismissed an underage drinking charge against Conrad L. Groseclose, 19, that alleged an April 21 violation.

• Brandon M. Sivertsen, 20, was found guilty of being drunk at a business licensed to serve alcohol, stemming from a March 29 incident. Levy suspended a 20-day jail sentence and place him on probation for one year.

• Thomas Egyhazi, 54, was found guilty of furnishing alcohol to a minor, stemming from a Jan. 9 incident. Levy fined him $1,000 and placed him on probation for six months.
