Animal complaint:

• At 9:31 p.m. Saturday, a bear was reported on Kennedy Street.

Drunken driving:

• At 4:49 a.m. Sunday, Natalie Christina Hughes, 24, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop and reckless driving on Egan Drive. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Found property:

• At 2:16 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of a gray Montana Descent mountain bicycle found in the 8700 block of Dudley Street.

Minor consuming:

• At 1:19 a.m. Sunday, a 20-year-old man was cited and released on a charge of minor consuming in the 2200 block of Crowhill Drive.


• At 3:59 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of the theft of a Garmin Global Positioning System III pilot on Glacier Highway.


• At 12:27 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of $1,000 damage to a window in the 3600 block of Tongass Boulevard.

• At 12:46 a.m. Sunday, a home and vehicle were reported vandalized on Silver Street.

• At 7:30 a.m. Sunday, a man reported vandalism to landscaping and a vehicle in the 4200 block of Mendenhall Boulevard.
