Juneau police, fire and state officials reported:

Vehicle accidents:

• A man, 18, was cited for following too closely at 4:40 p.m. Saturday near the outbound Egan Drive retaining wall after running his 1997 White Dodge pickup truck into the back of a 1991 maroon Toyota. Damage to the truck was $500, and damage to the Toyota was $2,000.

• At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, a 1984 brown Chevrolet truck reportedly struck a parked 1986 Honda Prelude near Glacier Highway and left the area. Damage to the Honda was estimated at $500.

• A woman, 20, was cited for failing to yield at 10:26 a.m. Sunday near Riverside Drive and Vintage Boulevard after driving her 1995 black Toyota pickup truck into a 1998 silver Isuzu. The Toyota sustained $3,000 in damage. The Isuzu sustained $1,500 in damage.


• At 5:39 p.m. Saturday, an antique wooden coffee table was reported stolen from a yard between 3:30 and 5 p.m. near West 12th Street.

• At 10:44 a.m. Sunday, a man, 32, reported his backpack was stolen from the bed of his green 1997 Ford truck near Bresee Street. The pack was recovered, but a handgun, worth $700, was stolen.

Disorderly conduct:

• A man, 40, was cited and released for disorderly conduct at 3:04 a.m. Sunday near Marine Park.
