Driving while Intoxicated:
Nicholas Lutich, 22, was arrested at 8 p.m. Friday on Egan Drive near Lemon Creek for drunken driving and refusing a breath test. He was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Christine Loob, 33, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Spur Road for drunken driving. She was lodged at the state prison.
Mark Pedersen, 45, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Saturday for drunken driving. He was lodged at the state prison.
A man reported at 8 a.m. Friday from Lawson Creek Road the theft of a Panasonic cell phone.
A boy reported at 10:15 a.m. Friday from Mendenhall Mall Road the theft of a black bike.
A man reported at 11:15 a.m. Friday from Harris Harbor the theft of a blue and white motorcycle.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
At 2:45 a.m. Saturday a window was reported broken on South Franklin Street.
A male bicyclist, 37, was in stable condition Saturday at Bartlett Regional Hospital after his bike and a car collided at the intersection of Third and H streets in Douglas about 6 p.m. Friday. He was admitted for treatment of chest injuries. The driver of the Saab, 23, was cited for failure to yield while making a left turn.
A woman reported at 4:30 p.m. Friday from Glacier Highway near Lemon Creek that her 1991 Geo Storm was hit by an unknown vehicle.
Bear were reported Friday at 4:20 p.m. near Lemon Creek Road, and at 5:15 p.m. near Harris Street.
A girl, 17, was cited at 11:15 p.m. Friday near Third and Main streets for driving without a license. She was released, and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
A woman, 22, was arrested at 1 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway on an outstanding Juneau police warrant for failing to pay a fine. She was lodged at the state prison.
A brown leather wallet was turned in to the police at 4:50 a.m. Saturday in the Juneau area.
