Indictments:

• Neil W. Haapala, 32, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of second-degree terroristic threatening, stemming from a June 20 incident in which police allege that he made a false reported stating he made a bomb of plastic explosives and threatened to detonate it.

• Michael A. Lemons, 35, was indicted by a grand jury on charge of second-degree assault, stemming from, stemming from alleged actions of June 13.

• Kimberly A. Brakes, 33, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of second-degree theft, stemming from alleged actions of April 15.

• Kimberly A. Wagner, 25, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of second-degree theft, stemming from alleged actions of May 13.

• Tammy C. Grubert, 43, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test, stemming from alleged actions of June 16.

• Ernest E. Ellison, 43, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of refusing to submit to a chemical test while suspected of driving under the influence, stemming from alleged events of June 19.

Judgments:

• Stephanie K. Sell, 22, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from an April 23 incident at which her blood-alcohol level was measured at .197 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith Levy imposed six days to serve in jail with another 54 days suspended, ordered Sell to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked her driver's license for 90 days. He also placed her on probation for two years. Prosecutors dismissed five additional counts of reckless endangerment.

• Michael B. Peeler, 22, was found guilty of operating a vehilce while intoxicated, stemming from a March 19 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .098 percent. Haines Magistrate John Hutchins Jr. imposed three days to serve in jail, a $1,500 fine and a 90-day license revocation. Prosecutors dismissed additional charges of driving without a license and violating conditions of pretrial release.

Kristine M. Stearns, 25, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a March 22 incident at which is blood-alcohol level was measured at .176 percent. Levy imposed three days to serve in jail with another 30 days suspended, ordered her to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended and revoked her license for 90 days. Levy also placed Stearns on probation for 18 months.

• Jonathan R. Ehlers, 22, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, stemming from a May 28 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .167 percent. Levy imposed six days to serve in jail with another 40 days suspended, ordered him to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended revoked his license for 90 days. Levy also placed Ehlers on probation for one year. Prosecutors dismissed an additional charge of reckless endangerment.

• Joshua R. Howard, 20, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a Juneau 25 incident. Levy imposed 10 days to serve in jail with another 50 days suspended. He provided that the 10 days to be served with 80 hours of community service. Levy also suspended a $500 fine and placed Howard on probation for one year.

• Alice M. Swenson, 53, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, stemming from a May 26 incident in which she originally was charged with misdemeanor assault. Levy ordered her to pay $100 of a $500 with the rest suspended, suspended a 20-day jail sentence and ordered Swenson to complete 40 hours of community service. He also placed her on probation for one year.

• Justin L. Stone, 21, was found guilty of carrying deadly weapons, stemming from an April 11 incident. Levy imposed a $500 fine and suspended a 45-day jail sentence. He also placed Stone on probation for one year.

• John P. Gillen, 20, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from a Jan. 29 incident. Levy ordered him to pay $200 of a $600 fine with the rest suspended and placed him on probation for one year. Gillen also was found guilty of ailing to obey a citation, stemming from a Feb. 4 incident. Levy ordered him to pay $250 of a $500 fine with the rest suspended and suspended a 10-day jail sentence. He also placed Gillen on probation for one year. Prosecutors dismissed an underage drinking charge from June 1.

• Christianna N. Nicklie, 18, was found guilty of underage drinking, stemming from a June 12 incident. Levy ordered her to pay $200 of a $600 fine with the rest suspended and placed her on probation until she turns 21.
