Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested 52-year-old Lesli Bartlett on a charge of drunken driving at 7:33 p.m. Thursday on outbound Egan Drive at Mendenhall Loop Road. They impounded the vehicle she was driving.

• Police arrested 31-year-old Rachell Lawrence on a charge of drunken driving at 9:29 a.m. Saturday in the 5900 block of Churchill Way in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged her at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle she was driving.

Domestic violence:

• Police arrested a 36-year-old man on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 12:29 a.m. Friday in the Douglas area. They lodged him at the state prison.

• Police arrested a 21-year-old man on charges of domestic-violence criminal mischief and misconduct involving a controlled substance at 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the Lemon Creek area.

• Police arrested a 30-year-old man on a charge of domestic-violence assault, interfering with a report of a domestic-violence crime and violating conditions of pretrial release in the Lemon Creek area.

Disorderly conduct:

• Police arrested a 27-year-old man and a 23-year-old man on charges of disorderly conduct after responding at 1:21 a.m. Saturday to a reported fight in the 100 block of Front Street.

• Police arrested a 23-year-old man and a 31-year-old man on charges of disorderly conduct at 2:57 a.m. Saturday near Third Street downtown. They lodged the men at the state prison.

Harassment:

• Police arrested a 25-year-old man at 3:17 p.m. Friday on a charge of harassment in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive. They lodged him at the state prison.

Burglary:

• A home was reported broken into at 3:56 p.m. Thursday in the 7700 block of North Douglas Highway. Nothing was reported stolen.

• At 11:06 p.m. Thursday, a home was entered in the 4400 block of Kanata Street in the Mendenhall Valley. Nothing was reported stolen.

Thefts:

• Three cases of beer were reported stolen at 3:29 p.m. Thursday from the deck of a home in the 9300 block of North Douglas Highway.

• A pair of athletic shoes was reported stolen at 3:34 p.m. Thursday from a 1992 Toyota in the 8400 block of Valley Boulevard.

• A personal digital music player was reported stolen at 11:39 a.m. Friday from an unlocked car near Whittier Avenue downtown.

• About $300 worth of heating fuel was reported stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Granite Drive.

• A cell phone was reported stolen at 4:32 p.m. Friday in the 6000 block of Gull Way in the Lemon Creek area.

• Police arrested an 18-year-old man on a warrant charging him with second-degree theft at 8:43 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of South Franklin Street downtown.

• A purse was reported stolen at 10:29 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Front Street downtown.

• About $100 was reported stolen at 11:16 a.m. from a money jar in the 5800 block of North Douglas Highway.

Vandalism:

• A 2000 Chevrolet truck was reported vandalized at 4:47 p.m. Friday near Steelhead Street in the valley.

• Two tires on a 2006 Chevrolet truck were reported slashed at 10:01 a.m. Saturday in the Yankee Cove area.

Vehicle accidents:

• An accident was reported at 3:14 p.m. Thursday in the 4300 block of Taku Boulevard in the valley where a vehicle was pulling out of a driveway. Damage was estimated at $800 to $900 to each vehicle.

• Minor injuries were reported when bicycle ridden by a 52-year-old man reportedly struck a parked 1996 Ford at 4:35 p.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 2:28 a.m. Friday, a building was reported struck by a 2003 Ford in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway near the airport.

Traffic stops:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 1:36 p.m. Thursday on Jordan Avenue near the airport after citing the driver, a 30-year-old man, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 3:17 p.m. Friday in on inbound Egan Drive at Aurora Harbor after citing the driver, a 24-year-old woman, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 11:22 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway after citing the driver, a 20-year-old woman, on a charge of driving without a license.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a 15-year-old girl at 9:35 a.m. Saturday on a charge of underage drinking in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

Animal encounters:

• A bear was reported at 9:11 p.m. Thursday in the 7800 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.

• A bear was reported getting into garbage at 8:39 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Coogan Drive in the Lemon Creek area.

• At 10:20 a.m. Saturday, a garbage enclosure in the 1000 block of Coogan Drive was reported vandalized by a bear.

• A bear cub was reported walking at 11:11 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue downtown.
