Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Patricia Erfurt, 34, at 8 a.m. Saturday near Egan Drive on charges of drunken driving and refusing a breath test. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and her vehicle was impounded.


• Police arrested a woman, 54, on a misdemeanor assault charge at 1:45 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue downtown. From the same incident, they arrested a man, 44, on a charge of failing to appear in court on a theft charge.


• A digital personal music system and a pair of sunglasses were reported stolen from an unlocked 1986 Toyota pickup at 1:01 Thursday in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway. The loss was estimated at $430.

• A $250 air purifier was reported stolen at 1:37 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

• A black bag containing a camera, paperwork and compact discs was reported stolen from an unlocked 2001 Ford Explorer at 1:49 p.m. Thursday in the 6200 block of James Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley.

• An 18-speed mountain bike was reported stolen at 4 p.m. Thursday from outside a home in the 100 block of Behrends Avenue downtown.

• A portable CD player worth $100 was reported stolen at 12:30 p.m. Friday near Tongass Boulevard.

• A business near Mallard Street reported at 12:50 p.m. Friday the theft of a Martha Stewart barbecue grill.

• A woman reported at 7:30 p.m. Friday near Thunder Mountain Road the theft of a Sony PlayStation.

• A woman reported at 3 a.m. Saturday from Glacier Highway the theft of $300 in cash and prescription medication from her unlocked vehicle.


• At 8:32 a.m. Friday, a 2003 Subaru had a tire slashed and was reported scratched with a key while it was parked in Cope Park downtown.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited a boy, 16, on charges of negligent driving, driving in violation of restrictions and having no insurance after allegedly striking a light pole at 10:03 a.m. Friday at Mendenhall Loop Road and outbound Egan Drive, backing up mid-morning outbound Egan traffic. The boy was driving a 1996 Honda while was privately towed from the area.

• At 3:40 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Mall Road a 1994 truck driven by a woman, 32, struck a building's canopy, causing $5,000 in damage
