Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Aaron M. Rose, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 19, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .229 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined Rose $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for five years.

• Harry J. Williams, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 24, 2006, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .282 percent. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined Williams $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for 18 months.
