In season: Freshwater steelhead trout (peaks April-June), cutthroat trout (peaks May-June), salt and freshwater king salmon (peaks May-July), halibut and rockfish (peaks June-Sept.), sockeye, pink and chum salmon (runs June to Sept., peaks in July), coho salmon (June-Nov.), Dolly Varden (June-Aug.), bear viewing at Pack Creek (June-Sept., peaks July and Aug.), and freshwater Northern Pike (peaks July-Aug.).
